Good, but not as welcoming as Cafe Flo on Ritterstrasse. There, the dishes were decorated with love in such a way that the eye could also fail In Cafe Flo, Sister Heart, I could not recognize this gesture and the staff were also less polite ... but not rude. Has decreased a lot! Long waiting time both to order and to pay, although only 3 tables were occupied at the table and there was enough staff on site. The breakfast was carelessly arranged and the tea was way too hot (it could only be made after breakfast). In addition, the background noise from the staff was far too loud. It's a shame - it was once my favorite place. Meanwhile only a much too overpriced 0815 baker.

I like to come here for coffee and snacks. Always good!

Everything is just right here. From the fresh baked goods and cakes / pies, to breakfast and the coffee specialties - not to mention the incredibly polite and courteous staff who fulfill every wish. The prevailing atmosphere here is exceptionally warm !! In my opinion, by far the best café in Esslingen, we love coming here. I recommend 100% to everyone.

If you want to order something at 5:20 p.m. and you get the answer "We won't take any more orders because we close at 6 p.m." is even 1 star too many. After 2-3 months without a café due to Corona, some are still doing too well. You don't deserve to occupy the best place in Esslingen.

I love it very much, it is among the places where I spend time comfortably with my wife and child.

We ordered a cake here and it was all very complicated ... The pastry chef called us 3 days after we ordered the cake and didn't know anything. The saleswoman had written everything down, but communication was definitely missing here. We also ordered a cake for 15 people and were told that it costs around 35 euros. When we picked up the cake, the blow hit us ... We got a cake in front of our nose that was enough for 8 people. And then the cake cost 50 euros even harder. Then we had to buy cakes and we weren't even met here, even though we showed our anger. There are 2 stars because the cake tasted really good that was at least the only good thing ... There is clear room for improvement here

Everything is just right here, the atmosphere, the staff, the offer and if you think there is still something else you won't be disappointed ... Great!

Easy to find and lots of space inside as well as outside you are served at the seat. The staff is friendly and kind. Breakfast was okay, the chocolate was unfortunately cold. We were satisfied

Bread and rolls are okay, unfortunately we didn't like different cakes and quiches. Staff was always friendly. Cinnamon roll very tasty but unfortunately often sold out at noon. Cappuccino for € 3.80 is usury!

Great ambience! Friendly and courteous service. Large selection of food and drinks! The breakfast there is delicious. We can only recommend it!

Great Sunday brunch buffet I am very fond of their scrambled eggs and make-your-own whole grain waffles. Generally very good quality food and the price is also very fair.

Great service, good food. Coffee is also good. Room for the kids to play. Cake is amazing. Breakfast is good, but a little expensive for what you get(haven’t tried the buffet on Sunday) strange to have to pay for the butter to go with the bread. Overall great experience, will go back!

The breakfast in this restaurant was just great. Our breakfast was very extensive and delicious. Everything was fresh and beautifully designed. Although there was a lot of clientele on site, the service staff looks after everything and is very friendly. The tables and toilets were all nice and clean. The price / performance ratio is nothing to moan. I can only recommend the breakfast :)

Amazing café-bakery! Everything is delicious, from the salad sandwiches to the cakes and special coffees. The staff speak English and were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! Just beware that the place is cash only.

Huge pieces of gorgeous cakes in a beautiful setting. sitting inside is nice too. I recommend the poppy-cheesecake!

Service here is absolutely terrible! If you want to pay, you have to track down the waitress. If you try and pay inside to speed things up, the staff becomes annoyed and tells you to wait at your table. We were here for over 2 hours and 1 hour was literally just waiting to pay

Loved visiting this cafe. The cakes were simply mind blowing and above all, they had vegan cakes which satisfied our craving as a family. Also, I did try their quiche cake with veggies which was great and all I can say is AMAZING!!!

Lovely Bakery/cafe. It can get really crowded around late lunch time. But if you get a place to sit you are going to have a relaxed and tasty time with your friends. Nice coffee and hot chocolate etc.
